Terms & Conditions – Amazing Sumba

By booking a tour with Amazing Sumba, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment
  • A minimum deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking.
  • Full payment must be completed at least 7 days before the tour date.
  • Payment methods include bank transfer or other methods agreed upon by Amazing Sumba.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the tour will receive a full refund (minus administrative fees).
  • Cancellations made between 7–14 days will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour or for no-shows.
  • Tours canceled due to natural disasters, extreme weather, or force majeure may be rescheduled or partially refunded.
3. Travel Insurance
  • We strongly recommend all guests have valid travel insurance that covers health, accidents, and trip cancellations.
  • Amazing Sumba is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the trip.
4. Health & Safety
  • Guests are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to the tour.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or displaying unsafe behavior.
5. Tour Modifications
  • Amazing Sumba reserves the right to change itineraries, accommodation, or transport due to unforeseen circumstances, always ensuring equal or better alternatives.
  • We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by airlines, transportation services, or weather conditions.
6. Use of Photos & Videos
  • Amazing Sumba may use photos or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes.
  • Please notify us in advance if you prefer not to be featured.
7. Liability
  • Amazing Sumba will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or expenses during your trip unless caused by our negligence.
